Finance@work Pty Ltd is looking for a Financial Services Officer to join our fun, supportive and close-knit team on a 12 month contract role. You'll be experiencing all aspects of the equipment finance process to gain a thorough understanding of our industry.

Duties & responsibilities:

Manage multiple transactions & delivering high quality customer service
n
Handle calls from clients, vendors, third parties & underwriters
n
Provide quotes and oversee customer leads through the application process
n
Prepare documentation and progress transaction to settlement
n
Collect & Verify documents with underwriters policies to ensure settlement and AML/KYC conditions are satisfied
n
Work closely with the Sales Team
n

Skills & attributes:

n
Australian work rights are required for this position.
n
Exceptional customer service, relationship & rapport building skills with a range of stakeholders
n




Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Interest in the finance industry is advantageous
n
Ability to work effectively within a team
n
Desire to continually learn & grow
n
