About the Role

We're looking for a confident, A team player, customer-focused Maintenance Plumbing Specialist to complete residential plumbing work while delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

If you're driven, skilled and ready to earn $100K–$150K OTE, enjoy weekly commissions and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Attend residential properties for installations, repairs and upgrades
n
Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear, tailored solutions
n
Build rapport and trust with customers through professional communication
n
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project delivery
n




Provide first-class customer service from start to finish
n

Who We're Looking For
n
n
Licensed Plumber & Drainer (maintenance experience preferred)
n
Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
n
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
n
Takes pride in workmanship and professionalism — no shortcuts
n
Reliable, motivated and results-driven
n
Works well independently and within a team
n
Computer-literate and comfortable using job management software
n
Holds a driver's licence and full Australian work rights
n
