Who we're looking for?
We're interested in speaking with experienced maintenance professionals who have a strong background in surface mobile equipment within the mining industry.
You'll ideally be someone who has:
Led large mobile maintenance teams in a mining environment
Built and developed high-performing crews
Strong knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment and maintenance practices
A track record of improving safety, reliability and maintenance performance
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to hold people accountable while developing those around you
We're also keen to hear from high-performing Maintenance Superintendents who are ready to step into a Maintenance Manager position and believe they have the capability to take that next step.
