Job Description
The University of Sydney seeks a Change and Adoption Manager for a 12-month fixed term, full time role to drive a major transformation in complaints management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Complaints, you will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of new platforms and ways of working.
