We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Broken Hill for approximately the next three months.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a solid Supervisor with a solid commercial construction background. We would also consider an experienced Site Manager with the right project experience looking for a contract opportunity.
n

Accommodation can be provided for candidates travelling from outside the local region, with an R&R; roster available for discussion.
n
n
This major $110M new-build high school project involves the construction of a brand-new education facility in Broken Hill, replacing the original school following its demolition.
n
The successful candidate will be involved in overseeing a significant package of civil and building works, including:
n
n
Site establishment and site works
n
Piling
n
In-ground services
n
Stairs and lift structures
n
Concrete works
n
External works
n
General coordination of construction activities and subcontractors
n
n
We are looking for someone who can step onto site and hit the ground running, with:
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on commercial construction projects
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination
n
Government, education or other major institutional project experience highly regarded
n
Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to site delivery
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / MS Suite
n
Experience with HammerTech or similar HSE platforms is highly desirable
n
Ability to work independently and effectively within a wider project team
n
Strong commitment to safety, quality and programme
