THE OPPORTUNITY
n
Wilson Security is seeking an exceptional Security Manager to lead the security operation of one of Brisbane's most prestigious corporate assets.
n This is a rare opportunity for an experienced security leader to take ownership of two high-profile sites, leading a professional security team while partnering directly with corporate stakeholders, building management, contractors, and emergency services.
n Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will be responsible for driving security performance, risk management, compliance, operational excellence, and client outcomes across a complex and dynamic environment.
n This role is ideally suited to a proven leader who thrives in high-expectation environments and possesses the professionalism, commercial awareness, and operational expertise required to manage a premium security contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Lead and develop a high-performing team of security professionals
n
Drive a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational performance
n
Develop, implement, and continuously improve site security strategies and procedures
n




Oversee incident management, investigations, emergency response, and business continuity preparedness
n
Build trusted relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders
n
Ensure contractual, legislative, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved
n
Manage security technologies including access control, CCTV, visitor management, and alarm monitoring systems
n
Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability reviews
n
Deliver detailed reporting, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management
n
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and service enhancement
n

ABOUT YOU
n
You are a confident and respected security professional with a robust track record of leading teams within premium environments.
n You understand that modern security leadership extends beyond guarding operations and requires strong stakeholder engagement, risk management expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
n
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
n
n
Proven success in a senior security leadership or management role
n
Experience within premium commercial property, corporate real estate, critical infrastructure, aviation, government, healthcare, or similarly complex environments
n
Strong understanding of security risk management, compliance, investigations, and emergency management
n
Demonstrated experience managing teams, performance, and operational delivery
n
Advanced stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
Experience managing electronic security systems including Access Control and CCTV platforms
n
High-level written communication and reporting skills
n
Current Security Licence
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
n
n
