We're currently seeking a QLD Road Transport Maintenance Coordinator to join our expanding QLD operations team.

About the Role:
n
This is a energetic opportunity for someone with a solid background in Road Transport and leadership. You'll take the reins of a high-performing team of Heavy Road Transport Mechanics operating in throughout QLD.
n
In this role, you'll be backed by experienced coordinators and a skilled admin support team. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Monday to Friday | 6am - 4pm | Flexible Travel
n
Plan, coordinate, and oversee a team of Road Transport Mechanics across QLD
n
Collaborate with other teams to align labour resources with customer needs and breakdown support
n
Oversee team performance, provide motivation, and recognise achievements.
n
Support recruitment, from interviewing and offer negotiation to onboarding new team members
n
Conduct regular site travel for client engagement and team performance/safety checks
n
n
What We're Looking For:

Mechanical Trade Qualification (Desirable)
n




Previous experience working in a similar role or as a workshop/service supervisor/ Transport Allocator
n
Previous experience within the Road Transport Maintenance industry in QLD
n
Excellent organisational skills and intermediate computer literacy skills
