Key Responsibilities
n

Manage client onboarding,



service requests and correspondence
n
Coordinate workflows across tax, business services and advisory projects
n
Prepare proposals, scope of work, and client reports
n
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to keep projects moving
n
Track deadlines, compliance requirements and deliverables
n
Support Directors and Advisors with administration and organisation
n
Drive adoption and refinement of the firm's Refreshed Workflow system
n
n
Skills
n
n
Minimum 2 years experience in professional services (accounting, financial planning or legal)
n
Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
Excellent communication and client service focus
n
Confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs and practice management systems
n
Collaborative, proactive and growth-oriented mindset
