What you'll be doing
Working with our administration and finance team, you will assist with the day-to-day financial operations of a busy automotive business, including:
General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Bank and account reconciliations




Assisting with month-end processes
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Preparing reports for management
Accounts and general financial administration
Maintaining accurate financial records
Working across multiple accounting and dealership systems
Supporting the broader finance and administration team
Using Excel, AI, and modern technology to improve reporting and processes
Who we're looking for
We're particularly interested in candidates who have recently completed, or are currently studying:
Bachelor of Accounting
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Or another relevant accounting or finance qualification
Qualifications matter, but we're equally interested in what you can actually do.
You'll need to demonstrate a sound practical understanding of accounting fundamentals as part of our recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will be:
Keen, enthusiastic, and eager to build a career in accounting
Confident with technology and comfortable learning new systems
Strong with Excel, reporting, and reconciliations
Interested in how AI and technology can improve accounting and administration
Organised, accurate, and detail-focused
A problem solver with a practical "can do" attitude
Able to take direction and work independently once trained
Comfortable working in a busy environment with deadlines
Interested in building a local career on the Central Coast
