Peekaboo Erina on the Central Coast is opening a brand new family-focused kids cafe and is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the venue from day one. You'll own operations, shape the customer experience and be the face of the business to guests and staff.

As a founding leader you'll recruit, train and roster a small team, manage bookings and stock, oversee Roller POS and daily cash handling, and drive community engagement. A solid hospitality background in family settings is essential.
