Regional Retail Manager
to take responsibility for a portfolio of established retail stores.
We are looking for a strong retail operator who can
drive sales, develop store teams and ensure consistently high standards across the region

The Role
Drive sales, budgets and store KPIs
Lead, coach and support Store Managers
Conduct regular store visits and improve performance
Manage wages, stock, shrinkage and profitability




Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
Support recruitment and performance management
Ensure company policies and operational standards are maintained
The position has responsibility for the overall profitable performance of the stores within the region.
About You
You will have
proven multi-site retail management experience
and be a hands-on, commercially focused leader who enjoys being out in stores and working with your teams.
Experience within
homewares, fashion, lifestyle or specialty retail
would be highly regarded.
