Tasks & Responsibilities
n
n
Proactively seek potential client via social media
n
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
n
Being in charge of counselling students by asking key questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
n
Process applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University (This includes course-related requests, including extension, deferrals, and cancellations.)
n
Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up with students' application
n
Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
n
Update and report weekly,



monthly & quarterly application process to the manager
n
Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
n
n
To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
n
n
The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
n
Should have adequate knowledge of the surroundings or domestic area
n
Work under pressure and meet or exceed monthly targets
n
Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
n
Be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing an open mind to ad-hoc duties as required
n
Understanding the Australian student visa system
n
Understanding the admission process for English school, VET College and Universities in Australia
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling or education consultancy.
n
Strong knowledge of Australian education policies and visa requirements.
n
Proficiency in multilingual languages such as Filipino dialects.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Prior education consultant experience of 1-2 year in Australia is required
n
At least 1 year of experience in migration and education agency.
