The Tile Collective is an industry leader in top quality tiles and tiling products who are known for quality, customer service and value. We have recently experienced a period of significant growth and we now need to expand our Underwood and Woodridge Store Teams.

Role
n
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Retail Showroom and Trade Centre, assisting our customers with their selection of Tiles.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparation of quotes and sales orders
n
Inventory management
n
Execute in-store marketing campaigns
n
Work with the team to ensure KPI targets are met
n
n
You
n
To be successful in the role you will have the following knowledge, skills, and attributes:
n
n
Prior experience in a Retail Showroom
n
Strong work ethic - punctual and reliable
n
Ability to work in a team environment
n
Experience is preferred in selling flooring or other relatable building products,



and are comfortable dealing with Builders, Tradespeople, Architects and consumers.
n
n
Ability to work weekends on a rostered basis is preferred. Our showroom is open 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm Saturday and 10am-3pm Sunday.
n
