Job Description
Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking a Coordinator of Supports/Recovery Coach in Tuggerah, NSW. This hybrid role centers on coordinating supports for NDIS participants and building solid relationships with local providers to help participants achieve goals.
