We are seekinghands-on Managersandall FOH roles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. A passion for service, combined with commitment to business goals, will ensure your success with us.
Duty Manager – CYCA, Rushcutters Bay
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Strong floor-management and leadership skills
Experience managing staffing levels, recruitment, and retention
Ability to manage FOH costs effectively
Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
Creative, solution-focused, and team-oriented
Passion for the hospitality industry
Previous experience preferred (especially for bartenders and waitstaff)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Well-presented with excellent guest engagement skills




Collaborative and team-focused
Availability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster
Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
