Our group of creative & exciting businesses need a part-time in-house bookkeeper & Finance Assistant, to support our growing operations.
We are looking for you to join our team 2-3 days per week, located in Coorparoo, super-close to the train station and with on street parking.
This role would ideally suit someone who is currently working full time and looking to move to part-time; or working part-time in a similar role and is looking to add additional days to their working week.
The role will see you reporting to our Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for the following:
Payroll & Superannuation
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Month-end journals & reconciliation
Compiling monthly reports for management
Assisting with budgeting & forecasting

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a bookkeeper or finance role
Comfortable working with Xero
Strong attention to detail
Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines
Ideally a Certificate IV in bookkeeping / accounting
Preferably a degree in Finance or Accounting (but it's not a showstopper if you don't)
