Dealer Retail Operations & Industry Insights: Deep operational grounding in retail sales workflows, financial metrics, and performance drivers. You possess a transparent understanding of "what good looks like" in a high-performing dealership and know how to translate those insights into actionable network improvements. Prior field or dealership experience is preferred.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Proven proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Exceptional ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear,

actionable commercial insights and action plans.
Process Design & Implementation: Demonstrated capability in designing, documenting, and embedding structured operational processes and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present data-driven narratives effectively to diverse audiences, from field managers to senior executives.
Drive & Collaborative Execution: Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex deliverables independently. Motivated by a genuine care for network performance, you actively work to set our field teams and dealer partners up for long-term operational success.
