HCA Youth and Community in North Brisbane is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support young people in out-of-home care. You'll work within a welcoming team, with advance rosters and a mix of emergency and ad hoc shifts to provide reliable, reliable care.
This role requires empathy, resilience and respect for diverse backgrounds, plus a valid driver's license and Working with Children Checks. Training in Trauma Recovery Framework and TCI is provided to help you respond to complex
