An established construction business is entering its next stage of growth.

The Role
You'll take ownership of new-build construction projects up to circa $25M, working alongside experienced Project Managers and an increasingly strong senior leadership team.
The first project will be a residential development which will last roughly a year and then you will move on to the construction of Schools.
This is a genuine Site Manager position.



You'll be trusted to run the site and take responsibility for:
Programming, sequencing and driving the build
Managing subcontractors and site teams
Structures through to finishes and handover
QA, WHS and site compliance
Consultant and client coordination
Maintaining programme, quality and delivery standards
Working closely with the PM on overall project performance
Who They're Looking For
The key requirement is strong out-of-ground construction experience.
You'll ideally bring experience across both commercial and residential construction and be comfortable taking a project from early works and structure through to completion.
You'll Need
4+ years' Site Management experience
Proven new-build / out-of-ground experience
Commercial and/or residential construction background
Strong programming and subcontractor-management skills
Confidence dealing with clients, consultants and project teams
A track record of delivering quality projects safely and on programme
