Responsibilities:

Let your culinary skills shine as you prepare and cook mouthwatering dishes to our high standards.

Thrive under pressure as you handle high-volume numbers without compromising on quality.

Jam with the band, AKA other kitchen team members, to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
n
Training and supporting junior kitchen staff to reach their full potential.
n
Unleash your creativity by contributing to menu planning and development.
n
Keep the kitchen stage clean and organised,



including proper stock storage and rotation.
n
Collaborate with the team to maintain health and safety standards.
n

Requirements:
n
n
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
n
Ability to rock it in a high-volume environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills to keep the show running smoothly.
n
Stellar communication and leadership abilities to keep the team in harmony.
n
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations like a pro.
n
Team player mentality with a kick-ass attitude and a genuine passion for food.
n

We offer a competitive salary ($75,000 - $80,000 per annum + super), opportunities for skilled growth, and a supportive and fun work environment where creativity and innovation are celebrated. Successful candidate must already be working or living in Australia.
