About the role?
We are seeking an experienced
MRI/CT Radiographer
to join our team on a permanent full-time basis; working between our Kingston and Gungahlin clinics.
This role is ideal for a qualified Radiographer with MRI experience who enjoys working in a busy, patient-focused environment and is looking to further develop their skills using advanced MRI technology. Experience in CT and General X-ray will be highly regarded.
As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll perform a diverse range of MRI examinations while contributing to outstanding clinical outcomes and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of MRI examinations across musculoskeletal, neurological, and body imaging
Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of MRI safety and image quality
Effectively manage workflow in a fast-paced clinical environment
Work across both Philips and GE MRI platforms,
with opportunities for cross-vendor training and development
Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, clinical assistants, and fellow radiographers
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive team culture

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging
Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
MRI experience (1-2 years highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of MRI safety principles and scanning protocols
Experience performing a range of MRI examinations including MSK, neuro, and body imaging
CT and/or General X-ray experience highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, patient-centred approach
Reliability, adaptability, and flexibility to work early and late shifts
