The Role at a Glance
8am-5pm - no weekends, no late nights and a rostered day off each month
Remuneration well above award rate, commensurate with experience

What You'll Be Doing
As an experienced Dental Assistant, you'll assist our specialist paediatric dentists and oral health therapists across a varied and interesting caseload.
Chairside assisting across a range of procedures including general anaesthetic sessions at private hospitals
Sterilisation, stock control, and equipment management
Maintain smooth daily clinical operations and room readiness
Assist with training and supporting junior team members
Contribute to the positive & efficient day to day running a busy specialist practice
Your Background
Experienced dental assistant with a strong clinical and leadership foundation
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) — essential
Experience in a paediatric, specialist, or high-volume practice highly regarded
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and digitally confident
A natural relationship-builder — with patients, carers, and colleagues alike
