Answer phone in a polite and professional manner
Deal with telephone inquiries by directing the inquiry to the most appropriate person
Have the ability to use computers and have a sound knowledge of Word
Have the ability to process mail in and out of the ASI office
Have or develop efficient keyboard skills
Develop an understanding of the various documentation requirements
Print and collate documentation
Scan, save and file documentation as required
Follow directions from senior staff
What You Need to Get Started:
Own transport and licence preferred.
A strong drive to learn and complete a Traineeship.
Confident and friendly demeanor.
A genuine interest in business.
