Job Description
BGIS National Operations Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Adelaide, SA, available part‐time with permanent status. The role includes responding to client requests, logging and prioritising maintenance through CMMS, and coordinating contractors to resolve issues, with potential to work remotely after training.

The position offers a 10‐hour night shift pattern on a 4 nights on / 4 nights off roster, with a base salary of AUD 70,000 plus superannuation.
