This role is responsible for picking and fulfilling customer orders, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment.
What you'll be doing:
Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Picking, assisting and loading customer orders with strong accuracy
Receiving, storing and packing incoming stock
Loading/unloading vehicles, trucks and containers
Conducting stock take, periodic checks and reporting discrepancies
Secure manual handling and operation of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tow tugs, forklifts)
Maintaining a tidy, safe and compliant warehouse
Assisting with ad-hoc deliveries or pick-ups when required
What we're looking for:
1+ year warehouse/labour experience
Customer service experience in a warehouse environment
Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a team
Tech-savvy with devices used for picking and receiving
Exposure to building or construction industry (advantageous)
