We're now looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Studio Assistant to support our marketing team and help keep the day-to-day studio running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands‐on part‐time role combining marketing support, content, light design, project coordination and studio administration.
You'll work closely with our Senior Brand Delivery Executive and Managing Director, helping with marketing activities while also taking care of the important coordination and administration that happens behind the scenes.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is naturally organised and has a good eye for design.
What You'll Be Doing
Marketing & Creative Support
Assist with client and Viabrand® marketing activities.
Help prepare social media content, email marketing and website content.
Schedule social media and maintain content calendars.
Update website content through WordPress.
Assist with presentations, case studies and marketing collateral.
Create and adapt easy marketing assets and graphics.
Support photography, video, content and campaign coordination.
Project & Studio Coordination
Maintain and update the agency's weekly production schedule.
Help keep project information,



deadlines and priorities current.
Support general project administration and studio workflow.
Maintain accurate project information within Scoro.
Follow up on outstanding actions and administration where required.
Assist with day-to-day operational coordination and reporting.
Administration & Team Support
Book and coordinate internal and client meetings.
Assist with calendar and diary coordination.
Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Organise team lunches, outings, celebrations and studio activities.
Coordinate venues, catering and suppliers.
Maintain organised project files, templates and internal documentation.
Assist with general studio administration and coordination.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working across different types of tasks.
Essential
Experience in marketing, communications, administration or a related role.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
.
Experience updating website content within
WordPress
.




Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a small collaborative team.
Highly Regarded
Qualification in marketing, communications, business, design or a related discipline.
Strong Canva skills.
Adobe Creative Suite experience.
Social media content and scheduling experience.
Email marketing experience.
Previous agency experience.
Experience with Scoro or a similar project management platform.
Confidence using AI tools for research, content and productivity.
Design skills are highly desirable, particularly for someone comfortable adapting existing creative, preparing social graphics and producing professional presentations.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. We're looking for someone capable, organised and keen to learn.
