We're looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Caboolture Central Early Education Centre.

Location: Caboolture Central
n Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
n Pay: From $*****/hr + Super for qualified applicants

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you'll have the prospect to make your room your own — bringing your ideas, creativity and passion to life while leading and supporting your team.

Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs
n
Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
n
Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments

Build genuine relationships with children and families

Support high-quality practices and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Current Blue Card
n
Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
n
Confidence to lead,
