The Opportunity
n
In this role you will be responsible for
effectivelymanaging
and leading a team to successfully deliver cleaning services at Coles – Distribution Centre Redbank.
n
Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional service.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Undertake the general direction and supervision of the Cleaning Team members on shift.
n
Participating in induction and training of new Team Members.
n




Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
n
Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by all team members
n
Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
n
Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.
n
n
To be considered for this role you will:
n
n
Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management. Ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
n
Current driver's licence and vehicle (desirable)
n
Build and maintain strong working relationships.
n
Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
n
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
n
