About the Role
n
We are seeking 3x Indirect Procurement Specialists for an initial 3-month contract to support a major business transition project. Following a recent business separation, we need hands‐on specialists to help untangle indirect procurement processes from legacy systems and establish clean, standalone operational vendor setups.
n
Working through a clear checklist of transition items, you will focus on transferring supplier relationships, reviewing existing contracts, and establishing new agreements to ensure business continuity.
n
Ideal for an experienced Interim Manager.

Key Category Focus Areas

We are building a team to cover the following indirect categories:
n
n
Logistics & Freight: Experience handling 3PL, freight forwarding, and Import/Export compliance.
n
Corporate Services:



Background in recruitment agencies, payroll, temp staffing
n
Professional Services: Experience managing Legal and Insurance vendor agreements.
n
Technology: Familiarity with IT software, hardware, and service contracts.
n
Expense Management: Basic understanding of corporate travel tools and expense ecosystems.
n

What We're Looking For

Solid background as an Indirect Procurement Specialist or Category Specialist.
n
Practical experience untangling and transitioning vendor contracts during organizational shifts.
n
Robust commercial background and negotiation skills and the ability to deliver in a short-term, fast-paced environment.
