About the Role
n
This role offers both part-time and full time opportunities with a rotating roster that includes weekend shifts. We welcome applicants of all experience levels.
n
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, professional, and positive pharmacy experience for every customer who walks through our doors
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
n
Assist customers with over‐the‐counter medicines where appropriate.
n
Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
n
Support day‐to‐day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
n
Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
n




Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
n
Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.
n

Previous retail experience and a genuine interest in healthcare.

Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.

Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‐focused mindset.

Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.

Be willing to jump in and support the team picking up extra shifts or covering leave as required.
