Job Description
Peter Alexander is seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead and develop the Melbourne team on-site at St Kilda Road. You will coach staff, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all interactions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Online, you will manage rosters, handle escalations, optimise workflows and uphold service levels while maintaining a lively, team-oriented office culture that even welcomes dogs.
