We are partnering with a leading Legal qualified services organisation to recruit an experienced IT Support Specialist for their Sydney CBD office.

This is a hands-on support position working within a high-performing, professional environment, providing technical support across desktop, applications, hardware, meeting rooms and user administration.
n
Previous IT support experience within a law firm or legal environment is essential for this position.
n
The Role
n
You will provide responsive, high-quality technology support to users across the Sydney office, while collaborating with a broader global IT function.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and application support to end users
n
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
n
Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and Exchange environments
n
Provide support across legal-specific applications and document management systems
n
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other hardware
n
Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding and offboarding activities
n
Support meeting room and audio-visual technology
n
Diagnose technical issues and elevate where appropriate
n
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing improvements across the IT environment
n




Deliver a high standard of customer service to users at all levels of the organisation

About You
n
n
Previous IT support experience within a law firm or legal environment, essential
n
Experience providing technical support
n
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
n
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
n
Exposure to legal technology and applications, such as document management, PDF, document comparison or email management platforms
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A polished, service-focused approach suited to supporting professionals in a fast-paced environment
n
The ability to prioritise competing requests and confidently manage issues through to resolution
n
