About The Role
Support the KIIS Adelaide Breakfast team to create engaging, audience-focused content that entertains, informs and creates memorable moments.
Assist with daily show planning, content development and execution, aligned to the show and station strategy.
Source, record, edit and prepare audio, interviews and content for the show .
Screen callers, coordinate audience interactions and help uncover compelling listener stories.
Create and capture content for activations, live broadcasts and special events.
Work collaboratively with content, marketing, commercial and activation teams to deliver engaging audience experiences.
Stay across pop culture, entertainment news and emerging trends to generate fresh content ideas.
Fulfil on-air announcing duties, including workday, weekend and stand-in shifts across KIIS Adelaide and the KIIS Network when required
About You
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role in a metropolitan, provincial or regional radio station.
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Experience as an on-air announcer and anchor
Experience using radio playout software (Zetta)
Good communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced setting.
Creative thinker.
Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
