Job Description
As a Certificate III Trainee, you will work alongside experienced educators while completing your nationally recognised qualification. This role is perfect for school leavers or anyone beginning their early childhood career.

You will:

Support educators in daily routines, play-based learning and supervision
n
Assist with creative activities, artwork, storytelling and group time
n
Help set up and maintain engaging learning environments
n
Help with the routine scheduled cleaning and tidy ups
n
Build nurturing, responsive relationships with children and families
n
Follow our health, safety, hygiene and allergy-aware practices
n
Receive paid study time and on-the-floor training
n
n
No previous experience is required — just a positive attitude, reliability and a genuine love for working with children.
