About the Role
n
TheNational Sales Centre (NSC)Team Memberplays a critical role in supporting leading Australian grocery retailers
throughaccurate,timelyand
customer-focused order processing and coordination. The NSC Team Member role is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in Business Administration, Customer Operations, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you willbe responsible forensuring order accuracy, supporting customer enquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Accurately process purchase orders from national and independent customers.
n
Ensure alignment between purchase orders, salesordersand confirmed quantities.
n
Manage orders
throughOneHarvestsystems
and resolve order discrepancies prior to dispatch.
n
Act as a key contact point for customer order enquiries and updates.
n
Take phone-based orders and respond professionally to customer concerns, escalating whererequired.
n
Maintainaccuraterecords
of orders, amendments,
customerinteractionsand
inventory movements.
n
Assistwith reporting
toidentifytrends,exceptionsand
operational issues.
n
Liaise withlogisticsand site teams to support effective deliveries and communicate delivery changes.
n
Support sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders during promotional activity, demandspikesand peak trading periods.
n
About You
n
You are a reliable and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, are comfortable using computer systems, and can stayorganisedwhile managing multiple priorities. You are eager to learn and contribute to a customer-focused team.
n
Must be over 18 years of age.
n
Valid driver'slicenceand ability to travel independently to theWacoloffice.
n
Valid Australian working rights and ability to provide verification if requested.
n
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods whenrequired.

Shift Structure:

Weekday start times between 6:30am and 8:30am

Typical shifts range from 3 to 7 hours depending on operational requirements

Monday and Friday availability up to 12:00pm is particularly important
n

may berequiredon weekends, publicholidaysand peak seasonal periods
