The Opportunity:
n
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a LOCUM/casual basis. We are looking for someone that is equally comfortable on reception or in theatre, who loves what they do.
n
Required shifts are:
n
n
Tuesday,



Wednesday and Thursdays – 8am - 6pm
n
Fortnightly Saturdays – 9am - 2pm
n
n
Responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing support to our veterinarians in all aspects of vet nursing
n
Provision of high standard patient and customer care
n
Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
n
Assisting with reception and administration tasks as required
n
n
To be successful for this position, you will have:
n
n
Certificate IV qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse.
n
Previous experience as a Vet Nurse, with knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures would prove beneficial.
n
An ability to work well in a team and genuinely support the team
n
Initiative and good time management skills.
