Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join an established commercial property group, delivering capital works, refurbishments, speculative fit outs, amenities upgrades and other building projects across its portfolio.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is technically strong and comfortable managing both site activity and broader project coordination.

We are particularly interested in candidates currently working as a:

The successful candidate will have experience across commercial construction, refurbishment, fit out or capital works, with strong capability in programming, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, variations, QA, WHS, reporting and handover.
n
Experience working in live or occupied environments would be highly regarded.
n
We are also open to candidates with substantial overseas Project Management or Engineering experience, provided they have solid Australian construction experience and a solid understanding of local standards, compliance and site practices.
