Corio Medical Clinic is seeking aVR General Practitionerto join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Located in Corio, within Greater Geelong, the practice has been caring for the local community for more than 30 years.
The clinic is fully accredited and supported by an experienced team of GPs, nurses and administration staff.
The clinic is a Medicare bulk billing practice for standard GP consultations for patients with a valid Medicare card, supporting accessible healthcare for the local community.
Procedures and consultations outside the Government's eligible services may attract a gap fee.
With an established patient base and ongoing community demand, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families while providing comprehensive care across a broad range of General Practice.
The GPs practising at Corio Medical Clinic provide care across areas including women's health, sexual health, chronic disease management, palliative care, shared antenatal care, adolescent health and paediatrics.
There is scope for an incoming GP to develop their own clinical interests within a broad community-based practice.
You'll work alongside experienced GPs and nurses, with practice management and administration support allowing you to focus on patient care.




The clinic also provides access to allied health services including physiotherapy, podiatry and nutritional advice.
Corio Medical Clinic also has a strong teaching and training culture, with the doctors supporting GP Registrars through clinical education and development.
The practice also supports ongoing professional development across the wider team.
The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with walk-in appointments also available during selected hours.
