Job Description
ULA Group YOUR ROLE You will be part of the ULA Group Service Department and join a team of customer-focused, multi-skilled Service Technicians.
This is a full time position.
Based in Condell Park, NSW.
This role works collaboratively with the service team and reports to the Group Service Manager.
Benefits Salary offered: Between $80,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience.
Task & responsibilities As a Service Technician - LED Screen & Digital Technology you will participate in the after sales repair and maintenance of LED modules, processors and provide technical advice on LED displays.
Repair of LED screen modules
Trouble shooting and identifying faults with the item
Detailed soldering
Quality control assessments on LED and Lighting products
Ongoing training and development
Phone technical support
Quotations, invoices and post repair reports for customers
Communicate verbally and via email with customers
Quality control assessments
Interstate and overseas travel may be required
Technical support, troubleshooting and advice via phone




Liaise with National Service Manager and suppliers to ensure up-to-date knowledge and technical training
Spare parts inventory control and ordering
Any other duties from time to time
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (or equivalent) desirable Minimum 1 years experience in repair and maintenance of LED screens, lighting fixtures and control systems KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
High level soldering skills, and the ability to develop skillset further if required.
Recognised LED repair training qualifications
Knowledge of LED processors
Passion for the audio-visual industry and tech
Great organisational skills and IT literate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current driver's license and passport
