The Beaches Group operates a nationally awarded Automotive, Powersports & Marine dealership located in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We trade as Chery Northern Beaches and Beaches Sea-Doo & Can-Am.
We sell market leading brands including Chery, Sea-Doo, Can-Am and Stark Future.

THE ROLE
The Aftersales Manager is a senior leadership position within our dealership.
Your remit includes the leadership and management of all fixed operations within the dealership including both Service and Parts departments.
You will work side-by-side with our senior leadership team including the Dealer Principal and General Sales Manager to ensure profitability in our fixed operations.
You will lead and manage the entire fixed operations team including Service Manager, Parts Manager, Workshop Controller, Technicians and Apprentices.
With full department profit and loss responsibility,



this role is for experienced candidates looking for a change of environment or ambitious Service Managers looking for the next step in their careers.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least five years experience in an automotive service department.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
