Field Service Technician Commercial Kitchen Appliance
Complete Catering Maintenance PL – Sydney CBD NSW
This job is based in Sydney, Australia.Must have worked in commercial kitchens, servicing and maintaining commercial catering equipment with a understanding of preventative maintenance and break downs.
Will be fault finding & repairing equipment likeeg: Combi ovens, deep fryers, stove tops, dishwashers, Blenders, cool rooms & any other commercial appliances used in a commercial kitchen
Responsibilities Required:
Excellent fault finding skills and diagnosing breakdowns of equipment in commercial kitchens:
Field experience with Refrigeration and Cool Room knowledge
Experience in gas is a bonus
Able to fault break downs within a certain time frame & identify spare parts identification to rectify the problem (obtain supplier manuals if necessary)




Customer focused with excellent language skills verbal & written
Able to quote on break downs and report diagnoses of break downs clearly
Must be able to use new technology like inhouse software, ipads & emails
Skills and Experience Required:
An advantage if you have either electrical trades license or refrigeration
Be technically minded and possess strong technical skills
Minimum three years' experience in diagnosing faults
A Proactive approach to the maintenance Industry
Highly motivated with excellent Interpersonal skill
Work well within a team workplace and take own initiative
A willingness to learn other areas within different trades
