UnitingCare Wesley Bowden is seeking a Specialist Support Coordinator to provide person-centred support to people with high or complex needs under the NDIS framework. You will develop personalised plans, manage budgets, and build strong links with providers to enable safe, effective services.

You will guide participants on NDIS plans, respond to crises, and complete required NDIA reporting with integrity. A trauma‐informed, inclusive approach and robust organisational skills are essential.
