Our client is a growing, family-owned business looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team due to an internal promotion. Working alongside another AR Officer on a high-value ledger, you will step into a role with strict credit controls and limited bad debt.

About the role:
n
Working in a broader finance team, your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering productive, end-to-end invoicing, receipting, and cash allocations across multiple entities
n
Performing debt collection and proactively managing credit control functions and risk alerts
n




Processing new client credit applications and credit limit extension requests Troubleshooting individual AR queries and issuing credit notes
n
Providing reception and administrative support as required
n
Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
n
n
About you:
n
n
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Accounts Receivable or collections role
n
Proven experience managing AR processes across multiple entities or divisions
n
Proficient with accounting software (MYOB experience is highly desirable)
n
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
n
Excellent communication skills with a mature attitude and the ability to build rapport easily
n
Strong time management, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail
n
A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n
