About You
n
n
Passionate about early childhood education and child development
n
Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs
n
Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings
n
For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams
n
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
Educators: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
n
Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role
n
Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration
n
Experience in an early childhood education role
n
Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
n
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training
n
Current valid working rights in Australia
n
