Job Description
What you'll be doing
n

Deliver quality services - Conducting effective rebuilds, repairs and maintenance on a range of Caterpillar Equipment Componentry to OEM specifications.
n
Increase productivity - Complete all repairs and overhauls safely and within required timeframes.
n
Follow the right procedures - Use service manuals, technical data and diagnostic tooling to guarantee accurate repairs.
n
Maintain accurate documentation - keep detailed reports and associated paperwork for all rebuild and repair tasks.
n
Conduct detailed inspections - assess all disassembled parts for reusability in line with specified guidelines.
n
Ensure cleanliness and quality - uphold the highest standards at all times.
n
Work efficiently - adhere to the daily overhaul schedule to meet operational requirements.
n
Promote and maintain safety - operate in a safe manner across all tasks.

What you'll need:
n
A successful teammate will have experience in:
n
n
Trade Qualification - Cert III Engineering (Diesel Fitters - preferred, Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Fitters or Mechanical trades).
n
Industrial expertise - demonstrated post trade component experience.
n
Safety commitment - dedicated adherence to health and safety policy and procedure.
n
Independent and reliable - high level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Customer focus - a customer-driven mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.

Eligibility - Australian/NZ Citizen or AUS Permanent Resident applicants only (we cannot accept applications from temporary residents).
