Iconic (NSW) is seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand to lead and oversee our team in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Located at 61 Corymbia Road, Werrington NSW ****, our warehouse operates from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday and specialises in scaffolding equipment and materials.
n
We are looking for someone who is leadership-focused, social and enjoys working closely with a team. You will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse running smoothly while leading a team of approximately 6 people.
n
This role involves repetitive movements and manual handling of scaffolding items weighing on average between 2-15kg. We are looking for a reliable and energetic candidate with consistent availability and a strong work ethic.

Tasks and Responsibilities
n
n
Leading and overseeing a team of approximately 6 employees
n
Supporting, motivating and working alongside the warehouse team
n
Ensuring the day-to-day warehouse operations run efficiently
n
Cleaning, stacking and counting scaffold materials
n
Assisting with preparing scaffold orders required for site
n
General warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and organised
n
Sorting and organising scaffold materials
n
n
To Be Suitable, You Must

Have previous leadership or team-leading experience
n
Be leadership-focused and confident managing a team
n
Be social, approachable and able to communicate well with others
n
Enjoy working as part of a team and creating a positive workplace environment
n
Be punctual and reliable
n
Have a positive and friendly attitude and be willing to have a go
n
Be energetic and have a strong work ethic
n
Have forklift experience and be licensed
n
Have previous scaffolding experience (preferred but not essential)
