DWS is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join a major enterprise Agentic AI program and help shape the next generation of AI-enabled business operations. Working within a highly visible transformation initiative, you will lead the technical design of secure, scalable and production-ready AI agent solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for someone with:
n
n
Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale AI, automation and integration solutions
n
Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
n
Advanced understanding of agent orchestration, prompt design, tool integration, context management and human-in-the-loop controls
n
Robust enterprise integration capability across APIs, connectors, events, data services and business platforms
n
Deep understanding of security architecture, identity, least-privilege access, secrets management and data protection
n
Experience establishing architecture standards, reusable components and reference patterns for delivery teams
n
Ability to guide developers, review technical designs and ensure production readiness
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks
n

In this role you will:

Design end-to-end AI agent solutions from business requirements through to production deployment
n




Define secure and scalable orchestration patterns for single-agent and multi-agent solutions
n
Establish reusable architecture standards, templates and engineering guardrails
n
Design integrations across enterprise platforms, applications, data sources and Microsoft ecosystems
n
Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, governance and responsible AI requirements
n
Provide technical leadership and assurance to AI development teams
n
Support build, buy and reuse technology decisions and platform strategy
n
Define operational monitoring, evaluation, lifecycle and support models for production AI solutions
