About the role:
This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the frontline connection between our customers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries, bookings, and freight movements are managed efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly, think proactively,



and deliver great service will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Bring:
Experience managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping
