We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our property management team and manage an established residential rent roll.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an established residential portfolio, and building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Landlord and tenant communication
n
Lease preparation, renewals and negotiations
n
Routine inspections and entry/exit processes
n
Rent arrears and tenancy management
n
Maintenance coordination and follow-up
n
Applications and tenant selection
n
RTA and Queensland tenancy compliance
n
Notices,



bonds and general tenancy matters
n
Coordinating contractors and maintenance
n
Maintaining accurate property records
n
Providing a high standard of service to landlords and tenants
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
Has 3+ years' experience in residential property management
n
Can independently manage a portfolio from start to finish
n
Has strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and RTA processes
n
Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
n
Has excellent communication and relationship-management skills
n
Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Takes ownership and follows matters through to completion
n
Is familiar with PropertyMe or similar property management software
n
Holdsthe appropriate Queensland real estate
registration/licence
n
Mandarin Speaking – Not must but highly Desirable
n
We service a strong and growing base of Chinese-speaking landlords.
n
Mandarin speaking ability will be highly regarded, as it will allow you to communicate effectively with landlords who prefer to communicate in Mandarin.
n
However it is not a must and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified and experienced Property Managers.
