AboutThe Role
n
As a Registered Nurse,you'llprovidea range of clinical care and support services for our
residents,assistingthem
to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
n

Providing andmonitoringthe care of residents
n
Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
n
Developingappropriate
therapeuticand caring relationships
n
Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
n
Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
n
n
To be successful, you will have
n
n
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
n
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
n
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n
NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain)prior to commencement
n
Ability to communicate effectively with
residents,familiesand
all levels of staff
n
